Royal Canadian Sea Cadets is a program for youths aged 12-18 delivered in partnership with the Navy League of Canada and the Department of National Defence. The program provides exciting opportunities and challenges for today’s youth and fosters the development of leadership skills, good citizenship and physical fitness.
